7 Days Uganda primates and wildlife safari

7 Days Uganda primates and wildlife safari

A 7-day safari in Uganda allows visitors to do things like go gorilla trekking, see animals, take a boat ride along the Kazinga channel, go birdwatching, and meet the Batwa pygmies. If you’re interested in going on a safari in Uganda and enjoy animals and the outdoors, this is the perfect itinerary for you. You’ll be able to travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Kibale National Park, and Queen Elizabeth National Park. It is possible to begin the trip in Kigali, Rwanda rather than Kampala or Entebbe, Uganda. The trip kicks out with a visit to Kibale Forest. There are 13 different species of primates in Kibale forest, which has earned it the nickname “primate’s capital of the world.” When it comes to primate observation, no other location compares. It would be one of Africa’s most popular places to see wildlife if it had gorillas. Bigodi Wetlands, a birding and primate refuge, is another stop on the Kibale safari. The trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park continues from Kibale. It receives the most visitors and is often regarded as Uganda’s most scenic park. Unlike the Serengeti, which can get extremely dry, Queen Elizabeth typically receives adequate rainfall throughout the year. Crater lakes, 7 Days Uganda Safari gorges, woodlands, and many other natural phenomena can be attributed to earth movements and volcanic eruptions. Ishasha, home to the rare tree-climbing lions, is one of four of Queen Elizabeth’s “big 5” game parks. You’ll be taken to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest from Queen Elizabeth. Bwindi is the most popular place to go gorilla trekking because of its rich biodiversity and status as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to gorillas, chimpanzees, lesser primates, duikers, leopards, birds, and forest mammals can also be found in Bwindi. You can go on nature walks and check out the Batwa pygmies while you’re in Bwindi for gorilla tracking.

As you conclude your  7-day wildlife safari in Uganda, you’ll have seen a lot of the sights that make the country so popular with tourists. We also offer shorter safari options, like a 5-day Uganda wildlife tour and a 6-day safari in Uganda. We offer a 9-day Uganda Wildlife Safari package if you’re looking for a more extensive trip. We also offer an 8-day tour to Uganda.
